Berzerk Gear Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Berzerk Gear, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and unworn, and include their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Start the return process by using our chat feature to connect with a member of our team. They will guide you through the necessary steps to generate and print your return authorization.

Return Exceptions

- Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Customized items, underwear and gift cards are non-returnable.
- Incomplete items or those returned without their original packaging may be denied a refund or exchange. (Note: Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag.)

Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping both ways for exchanges.

- Refunds will typically be credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
